Process Objects

Process Objects in Eizen Agentic Platform represent the logic and workflows that drive business operations within applications. They define how tasks, decisions, and events are executed and coordinated to achieve specific business outcomes. Process Objects make it possible to automate repetitive tasks, enforce business rules, and provide visibility into the flow of operations.

By using Process Objects, organizations can:

Process Model​

A Process Model is the core Process Object in EizenX. It provides a graphical representation of a business workflow, including:

  • Activities – steps or tasks performed by users or systems.
  • Decisions – rules or branching conditions that guide process flow.
  • Events – triggers that start, interrupt, or complete a process.
  • Connectors – relationships that define how activities and decisions flow.

Process Models allow designers to visually map how work moves through an organization, making it easier to understand, simulate, and optimize. They also provide a direct link between business analysis and system execution, ensuring that implemented workflows accurately reflect business needs.
